The products you order from alex+von are shipped directly by our brands. Shipping is charged for each brand you purchase. Your order total reflects the total shipping cost of all brands you purchase.

If you order products from multiple brands, you will receive separate order and shipping confirmations for each brand.

SALES TAX

Each alex+von partner brand is responsible for collecting sales taxes for the orders that are submitted to them by alex+von. The sales tax charged is based on where the brand is located & where the order is shipped. Brands only charge sales tax on orders shipped where they have physical presence.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product(s) within 30 days. You will receive alex+von store credit to apply towards a future purchase.

To initiate a return:

- If your order was placed directly with an alex+von Consultant, please contact your Consultant.

- If you placed the the order directly on the alex+von website, login and go to My Account, click on Customer Orders, and click the Return button for the order you want to return

Sorry, we cannot accept Certified Mail. If you would like to guarantee your return has arrived to our offices please use a mail service that offers tracking services. We will process your return upon receipt and will send you a confirmation email.

CANCELLATION POLICY - ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY WITH AN alex+von CONSULTANT

If you placed an order of $25 or more directly with an alex+von Consultant you have the right to cancel the transaction without any penalty or obligation within THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the order date. If you cancel, any payments made to you under the contract or sale will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following the receipt by alex+von or by your alex+von Consultant of your cancellation notice.

If you cancel, you must make available to the alex+von Consultant at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under your contract or sale. Or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of your alex+von Consultant regarding the return shipment of the goods at the alex+von Consultant's own expense and risk.

If you do make the goods available to your alex+von Consultant and the Consultant does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your Notice of Cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligations. If you fail to make the goods available to your alex+von Consultant, or if you agree to return the goods to your alex+von Consultant and fail to do to, then you remain liable for the performance of all obligations under the sales contract.

To cancel this transaction, NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT of the third business day after the order date:

1. Deliver or fax a signed and dated written notice of your cancellation request to your alex+von Consultant, OR

2. Email your cancellation request to your alex+von Consultant, OR

3. Email your cancellation request to support@alexandvon.com. Include the name of your alex+von Consultant and the date of your order located on your order form

This Cancellation Policy DOES NOT APPLY to orders placed by a customer directly on the alex+von website.
